BUSC fees and uniform items can now be paid online
by Credit Card or eCheck through PayPal.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay online.
PayPal also accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Fall 2011 - Spring 2012 Seasonal Fees
Registration Fee - $90- Fall ( All Players) / $45 - Spring (New Players only)
Due upon acceptance on a team - Annual Registration Fee- $90 (includes FYSA Insurance). This fee registers a player with FYSA for the seasonal year (Fall 2011 - Spring 2012) and is due immediately after team selection. Only new players joining Bay United in the Spring will owe the $45 registration fee for the Spring.

Event Fee
Fall Season Event Fee due September 1 - Event Fee per season will be determined by Team Coach and Team Manager
Spring Season Event Fee due March 1 - Event Fee per season will be determined by Team Coach and Team Manager

This form confirms that you, as a parent, understand the parent, player and financial commitment required to become a Bay United and FYSA member.

A player will not be allowed to train or participate in any of their teams activities until all paperwork is complete and all fees have been paid per the fee schedule due dates.
All fees must be paid by their due dates unless arrangements have been made with Treasurer at the start of each season.
